"They" can harvest all "they" want.
Labeling an e-mail as Spam = goodbye, it doesn't come back.
E-mails alone won't generate viruses.
Don't open attachments (in e-mail) from someone you don't know is a "no brainer".
Same for having anti-virus protection.
Never got a virus, trojan horse, etc. from an e-mail (or from any other source for that matter).
