We love glamping as well but rarely have full hookups since we prefer dry camping and boondocking. Not an issue either way as we have solar, a couple of inverters, a pair of GC2 batteries, and both an onboard Onan and remote start Champion portable inverter genny. We get to our destination with rarely another RVer in site, we quickly unhitch and I set up our HD satellite antenna while DW sets up interior, just a few minutes later we have all the same channels we have at home in glorious HD, plus with Dish we have locals wherever we happen to be. Being 100 percent self-contained assures we enjoy all the amenities our RV provides whether on or off the power grid.
