Thanks JBarca! - Of course I chose less suitable tires, after tons of searching here and many other places! Story of my life!
Anyway - Tires are Michelin Defender LTX M/S LT245/75R17
Great instructions for how to dial them in. Others previously had referenced changing pressure for increased weight, but for those tires there don't appear to be any "official" guidelines from Michelin. So I have initially stayed with the door sticker pressures. What you say makes sense, so the experimenting will begin. Have to take the TT to the dealer (80 mi trip). Had to unload a couple hundred pounds of stuff from the last trip, so I'll pull one way as is, then up the tires and pull back, and see what changes.
