We'll the plan is when we buy the house near the grand kids I want it to be a whole house standby NG generator, automatic transfer switch and will start either weekly or monthly on its own to exercise...I will have a qualified electrician do the complete installation and will gladly pay some one on an annual basis to do the preventative maintenance...
