Yes, it's covered by the warranty and you shouldn't have to do it but if you're going to bring the rig back every time a screw comes loose, the dealer will have the RV more time than you will. It's a thing about RV'ing, learn to do some repairs on your own.
I completely agree and you will be doing these sorts of minor repairs the entire time you own the RV so why not just start now doing them and avoid the hassle of taking it back to the dealer for every minor thing.
