Every setup is different.
Spend some time going through it once very slowly. Check everything. Then check it again. Then write your own list, and do it the same way and in the same order every time.
After you've driven the toad up a couple of times you'll get familiar with where to stop in relation to the coach. My Roadmaster has a good 12 inches of flex in the towbar arms, so I assume yours is similar.
