I would think posting links to on-line manuals would be a better approach. A Google search can turn up a manual for most any thing now, free as often as not. No worries then about copy right. Some manuals are very long and would not lend themselves to posting all that in document form. If they are not free on line then they probably would not permit someone posting them any way.
