Besides the (rather obvious) copyright considerations, this forum doesn't have any sort of file hosting feature at all. I suspect adding one would be rather more than a trivial amount of work.
I do agree a topic with links could be most useful. Many manufacturers, at least some of the nicer ones to DIYers, helpfully post documentation for their obsolete products on their own web sites.
