The direction was north away from the spill and they are well marked and not stealth. Diplomats use something better than a Chevy or small Ford mini van and two groups of three vehicles is rather strange. But why the unique LED circle triangle arrangement. My guess is that the ego of these people insist on them being different. Ordinary emergency lights are not good enough for them. If you Don'n want to be notice why go with something so goofy?
