Don't know about you but my trailer didn't smell like rotten eggs, when it was new. So, why is the smell of rotten eggs "new smell"? :)

They are used to keep 'P' traps from getting sucked dry when you dump grey tanks.

Probably have one under bathroom sink also.

Inexpensive and easy to replace. Most any hardware store.

Sorry to bump this old post but I just wanted to let you know I finally was able to work on the trailer a bit and I did find the admittance valve. It was bigger than I thought it was and easy to see once I got under the sink. It was very loosley screwed in. I ran to home depot and they had them for $3.00 or so so I just replaced it. Maybe that was the problem? Thanks again

My bet is on the water heater. I see you live in the LA area, I live on the other end. Here's how I see this problem. The city water we get is highly treated and will keep in the tanks for a long time. Last time out, you probably filled from another water source and there is a chem reaction going on in the water heater (do a search on smell in hot water). Has to do with sulpher.

My fix has been to drain all the tanks, fresh and hot water, flush with some fresh and you should be good to go.

Although it did cross my mind, I don't recommend stuffing kittens and roses down there. :B

We had the same thing when we left water in our hot water heater for several weeks while the TT was parked in the sun.
Also had a terrible smell when a few potatoes were left in a bag on a pantry shelf. The whole TT stunk.

I really think that would be a battery problem. First ck water level thenhave them chacked.

Ok need to add a little more info. I went to full hook up campground after this and I always keep my valves closed till last minute and then let em rip. Well as soon as I pulled the black tank valve my interior of trailer smelled like sewer??? What the heck is going on?
