I'm new to RV'n but these issues where the first thing my insurance guy (Nationwide) pointed out when I went to get coverage on the TT we where buying. Sure sounds like they covered all the bases for the important emergencies: Any accident or damage to my TT or damage I cause while towing it. Theft or natural disaster. Liability / injury. Even roadside assistance if I blow a trailer tire and extra towing charges / storage fees involved if my TV breaks down while pulling the TT.
Granted, that doesn't cover RV equipment regular maintenance or breaking down. I'm covered if I run it into tree and tear the roof, but checking and resealing seams is my problem. But as others have already said, the regular upkeep / repairs that will come up from age / use seems like any reasonable DIY'er can do for himself, so I don't think I will buy any other service plans.
