I've always figured that if its a good deal for the warranty company, its a bad deal for me. They wouldn't be selling them if they were losing money on the deal. I bet that extended warranty doesn't say "If anything breaks, we'll repair or replace it." There will be enough weasel language in it, that whatever breaks will be outside the bounds of warranty.
