I had a weird issue with my Prodigy when I replaced the battery on my truck. It was giving all sorts of nonsensical readings. Unplugging it solved the issue.
Finally heard back from Tekonsha support. That is exactly what they said to do. It worked.
Some times simple really is the fix.
