If it's a landline number, most any of these sites will give the name connected to it.
If it's a telemarketing number of a cell phone, the sites won't give a name, just a general area (or sometimes nothing).
In that case, I do an internet search on the number including area code. Most often, it's a telemarketer and will show up with comments. In that case, I block it.
If it doesn't show as a telemarketer, I hold off on blocking it. If they call twice in a few days and never leave a message, I block them. If they don't call back, I figure it was a wrong number.
