As I sit here typing this I'm out camping for the 1st time this season in my 2013 Northwood Fox Mountain. Everything works like day one. All cabinets are solid. No water leaks since the 1st very minor one during the 1st week of ownership. All graphics are intact and except for a couple spots where the gutter drips on them they all look nice and shiny.
Con. Faded dark brown front cap. Not NW's fault as every MFG that used the same gel coat product had the same faded caps.
We keep looking around and while there's many that we'd like to get we always keep telling our selves, "Why not quit while we're ahead".
Don't feel like starting over again doing mods and then risking the chance that we may end up with a lemon like the OP's.
I am very surprised you don't have at least a couple of dozen stripped out screws holding cabinet hinges and latches. Pretty much every single NW product does and it's one of the biggest complaints on all the forums.
I've spent countless hours fixing misaligned drawer and cabinet door fronts and a myriad of other really stupid defects.
Then there's the cracks in the filon that are scheduled for repair.
Most of all they are just SLOPPY!
Here's a great example; The caulking for the awnings LED lights is ridiculous but also notice just to the right of the awning mount.. Yes, there's a screw sticking out from the inside of the roof and causing an "outy" in the filon. (cracks).

The whole RV is built like this but maybe some just don't notice the defects as much.
My Forest River Wildcat was built much better.
