Thank You Fantastic Vent for Great Customer Service!
The lift mechanism died on the Fantastic Vent in my '06 Carriage Cameo last week. I tried getting some repair advice and parts at my local Camping World store but they didn't carry the necessary parts in stock and would have to order them in for me and I wasn't sure what parts I would need.
Rather than order/wait for parts, I decided to call Fantastic Vent direct to see if they could tell me what parts I needed and how to go about the repair. Imagine my surprise when their very helpful customer service representative advised me that my vent was still under warranty and that she would send me the replacement parts and a repair diagram free of charge! I only had to pay for the shipping cost. Now that was GREAT SERVICE!
If only more RV companies and suppliers would offer warranties and service like this. I will definitely choose Fantastic Vent products on any future purchases! Thank you Fantastic Vent!!!
