Perhaps by using one of these on your TV you could see it from a whole bunch of new places inside your RV such that no floor plan changes would be required.

Monoprice.comAnd your right. sometimes the simplier solution is pulling a couple vents or light fixtures loose and re-running the TV antenna wire to a new location to mount the TV. Just be sure that you have something solid to mount to. Some install a backer board that they stain to make it look nice and to secure to a bigger surface area, some remove a panel and build up support behind the wall. If it's a bigger TV, you want to support it so the stresses of rolling down the highway are not too much for the mounting hardware. Another option is a mount that you can remove the TV for traveling and rehang once your setup.
