No way are things opening up in 18 days. Most states don't peak for another week or two. The peak is not the end of the ride, it's the top. We still have to come down. Most graphs show the downside at the same rate as the upside.
Trump may say open it up on May 1st but that doesn't mean diddle. It's up to your own states Gov to decide.
As far as camping goes, with safe measures still needed to be taken, I only see certain types of CG's in my state opening up. Many of our State parks are near populated areas. State parks's full of people going into town to buy supplies or whatever puts an extra burden on the locals.
I really don't see life getting back to normal til next year.
There's not going to be sporting events, packed restaurants, or other big social activities happening until the public feels safe.
All that could change with massive testing, but so far that balls been dropped.
Thing is I've never read one article that says we can open it up and the virus disappears and all is good.
