Completely agree!!!
We cannot do it without testing. We may not be able to phase back to normal until we have a vaccine. In spite of all the happy talk by Trump, the US has not done a good job at all in dealing with the virus. Easter was not the right date. May 1 is not the right date. and July 1 may not be the right date.
