The DC Beltway shu down this weekend = Real or hoax?

Just a reminder to those traveling on 95 this weekend and have to go through DC. There is a rumor that long haul truckers intend to shut down the Inner Loop of the Beltway in protest to the silline...

The traffic is so bad there people might not actually notice unless the trucks are right in front of them. :)
