Have not heard of any major organized effort on this yet. I can understand the reasoning behind such a move, but it does need to be well organized and executed to be effective. Having been there for a number of years, and driving the beltway every day, If the trucks can find room to get on the beltway, more power to them.. Probably would be an improvement over normal traffic most days. Besides they all know that now would be a poor time to do anything, with everything else going on, they would not attract much attention.
Remember, if you bought it, it was delivered by truck. Don't mess the truckers if you expect to keep eating.
