The DC Beltway shu down this weekend = Real or hoax?

Just a reminder to those traveling on 95 this weekend and have to go through DC. There is a rumor that long haul truckers intend to shut down the Inner Loop of the Beltway in protest to the silline...

I suspect I wont notice a thing. There will be enough crashes and breakdowns to have the area moving at a snails pace like every other day.
