The DC Beltway shu down this weekend = Real or hoax?

Just a reminder to those traveling on 95 this weekend and have to go through DC. There is a rumor that long haul truckers intend to shut down the Inner Loop of the Beltway in protest to the silline...

I read the DOT is shutting down I-495 starting tomorrow using the National Guard. Good Luck with that.
