The DC Beltway shu down this weekend = Real or hoax?

I really doubt the current bunch of truckers will pull this off. We tried to do it in the mid 1970s, and again in the early 1980s. The guys were not organized back then, and these guys are less organized today. Today is to much dog eat dog cut throat trucking. Tried to convince them back then to concentrate not delivering to one major wholesaler area, but most kept right on running. They couldn't afford to shut down.
