The DC Beltway shu down this weekend = Real or hoax?

Just a reminder to those traveling on 95 this weekend and have to go through DC. There is a rumor that long haul truckers intend to shut down the Inner Loop of the Beltway in protest to the silline...

If they want to make people notice something different on the beltway, they should stage a SPEED UP, not a SLOW DOWN. Nobody is going to notice a slow down on I-495.
