Somewhat like concrete the amount of slump will generally depend on water content and ingredients. :E Remember, measuring slump is most often done by filling a 4" cylinder with the contents to be measured. :W

Thankfully I've not read anything about taste tests yet on this topic.

There is an episode of Hoarders - the last season I believe - where the toilet does have a pyramid of poo. It was actually more conical shaped.
