From the OP's posts it sounds like his unit is on high ground and is safe. Trying to drive out of the area could be more dangerous than staying where he is. Times like these when small streams flood locally owned bridges are not the times to be testing them by driving a heavy coach over them. Stay put if it is safe to do so and let the local authorities have a chance to inspect road and bridge damage after the waters recede.
I guess it is a judgement call and you are right about possible conditions outside, but I would be concerned about being trapped if the exit road floods.
