Times like these when small streams flood locally owned bridges are not the times to be testing them by driving a heavy coach over them. Stay put if it is safe to do so and let the local authorities have a chance to inspect road and bridge damage after the waters recede.
I guess it is a judgement call and you are right about possible conditions outside, but I would be concerned about being trapped if the exit road floods.
