Heard on business news this morning that RV sales are booming. Good for the industry but possibly bad for those of us who are already finding it increasingly difficult to find campsites.
Here in the US many are making more on unemployment than they did working. Others that are back to work for businesses that took Government hand outs are getting paid extra so the company can spend all the money by a certain date so they don't have to pay it back. I know a delivery driver that is getting $5 an hour extra to do the same job he had before the shutdown.
That doesn't track. With the huge numbers of unemployed, just who is going to be buying. Perhaps that article is more of a 'cross my heart, hope to die", type of thing...trying to convince the buying public that all is rosy and no..there are no deals to be head.
