I was reading the exclusions on my extended warranty for my RV... It actually lists "nuclear war, civil war,and social unrest" just to name a few... It gave me a good laugh

IMHO, there is a possibility of RV damage caused by "social unrest". Baltimore, St. Louis, etc.
