TP isn't nor has it ever been the problem.

RV toilets don't 'flush' they just 'plop' and need the water to carry the stuff down and away.
Water, water....that's the ticket. Rushing water can carry a boulder away. TP ain't nothing.
I think Old-Biscuit has a point. Since RV toilets just 'plop', there is no big rush of water, so, paper that is folded has more surface area than a wad and therefore is carried away by the water that 'plops' out. Of course, maybe the larger area could cause the paper to be caught in the valve???
