We use the waste basket method, no paper goes down the hole. No, it's not yuk, it gets taken out regularly. As far as Mexico goes, some people still do it out of habit but you'll find signs in public restrooms that say to flush it. Mexico has modern treatment plants, water, sewage pipes that are normal size, we don't live on another planet.
That said, anybody ever wonder why the paper is in small squares? You're cleaning a very small area, you don't need a whole roll. Fold, wipe, fold, wipe, well you get the idea.
The amount of paper depends on one's diet. If you eat """" that's what you'll get. Funny isn't it? Over on the pet forum it's always about checking what your dog does to determine their health. Humans shouldn't be so afraid of what they produce, it tells a story about their health.
