Wouldn't it seem that a tire shop would be THE place where you were sure that your tire pressures were set correctly? I picked up a new set of 5 Carlisle HD 16" today with these pressures. 74 75 78 80...

I prefer Discount for several reasons but I told them what air pressure I wanted and they just did what the book said. I ALWAYS check others work.
