Tires sitting on composite decking?
Just finished laying down my uncovered outdoor gravel parking pad. (3/4" Bluestone with smaller fines in it) I was going to put down a few plywood strips and get some rubber mats to keep the tires...

A good bed of gravel (like you have) should be good enough.. Should drain and prevent standing water.
If want you can also use a Lynx Leveler under each tire to get them up some off the gravel...Lynx won't rot or retain water...probably better than composite (Trex like) boards....
