Really? Every state in the union has a law stating "Keep right except to pass". They were enacted about the same time that it became illegal to run a red light or exceed the speed limit. Same with using your turn signals to change lanes.
The problem is that they don't teach these to new drivers anymore, so fewer people know how to drive properly on the interstates.
I've concluded that cars sold down here in Kentucky come with turn signals as optional equipment, that explains why you see so few vehicles using them, as many cars must not be equipped with that option....
Thank you for making me aware of the Law. Since you know it exists, please state the statue in Georgia law that states as such? :h
Personally, I think NASCAR rules should apply. As you approach, give them a flash of the high beams, and if they don't move over, put 'em into the wall.
