Just use propylene based anti-freeze, and not the ethanol based stuff which will evaporate as well as cause other issues. The PG stuff won't evaporate, lubricates seals and is non-toxic.
Most places sell the ethanol based version because it is cheaper and most folks like to spend based on price alone. Sometimes you have to look really closely at the label on the container to find what the contents are. Last time I bought the PG stuff it was around $5 for a gallon.
