Donniev86, If your mom is living in the 5th wheel, has she been dumping the tank every week/10days or 2 weeks. If the tank valve was closed, it would need dumped at least every 2 weeks with 1 person living there. If she has not, then the valve must have been open and now clogged somewhere in the system.
