Will towing with water in your tank increase or decrease your tongue weight? My tank is above my axles. Thanks

Think of your trailer like a playground teeter-todder.
Tank sitting in the middle (where the wheels are - fulcrum) won't teeter or todder either way...It's nuetral and no affect on the tongue weight.
