This is not the first time this has been discussed on here and I've never seen anybody able to provide an example of anybody being cited. In fact some states do have laws on the books limiting widths to 8' on State highways and roads, but I think it's one of those things that doesn't get enforced. Arizona is one of those states and since almost every Class A motorhome made now is 102" wide, do you think Arizona is going to cut them off? And even if the state does have such a law, it won't apply to the Interstate system as federal law says you can be up to 102" wide there. So if I state were to start enforcing the width restriction just stay on the Interstate and move on over to the next state.
