Liberty Marina and RV Park in Jersey City, New Jersey, is a very good place to stay. It is just a large gravel parking lot with water and electric hookups. It is a very short walk to catch a commuter ferry to Manhattan or walk a little further and ride a train under the Hudson to Manhattan and switch to the NYC subway system. I think it was the Grey Line bus tour (double decker red buses) that we took in the city and it was the highlight of our trip. Have a great trip.
