I believe you need to adjust your hitch. I now tow a 7300 giver TT with my so called 1/2 ton truck. I have no problem what so ever. No sway and passing trucks don't bother it I have a very comfy easy towing ride. Yes I tend to ride with one hand. Now if only I could feel when I lose a tire. All would be great
