I have a 2012 F150 Ecoboost. I also have a 29.5' (33' OAL) travel trailer. My EB tows this trailer very nicely. I weight in at about 7,200# loaded. Our previous trailer was about the same length, but closer to 8,000# - 8,500#. I was not comfortable towing that (different TV).
This was my first experience towing at all. I was very surprised at the difference in 7200# and 8000#+.
So, if you are 7300# scale weight, the F150 should tow very nicely. If you are ~8000#, to me, there is a big difference.
If F150 or F350 are both options, seems like an F250 might be your vehicle of choice. Less than the F350 and you won't have to ask how it will tow your trailer.
One thing, in an F150, you won't have a Honda in the bed while towing the trailer.
