Towing an EMPTY tow dolly behind a Fifth Wheel east coast.

I have tried to "google" this and can't find any real info. I will be pulling a 5th wheel from Florida up the east coast soon but I would like to be able to pull my tow dolly behind the 5th wheel. ...

Hopefully the OP has his tow dolly back home and through the evil state of VA or whichever one it was that started this discussion….
If he’s still listening though, drop the tire pressures way down in the dolly so it’s not a bouncy ball back there.
