What 427435 said - If this is a one time trip - what about renting a U-Haul car trailer? We recently loaded a early 2000's BMW 5 Series on one on flat ground on the street. You can find a swale in a parking lot or someplace with a handy curb or any place to get the back of the trailer lower to the ground that will reduce the ramp angle.
There are rubber bungee straps on the U-Haul trailer fenders, they hinge down out of the way so you can open the door of the vehicle being hauled. Nice simple over the wheel tie downs. They are nice to use.
