Did you sign a contract agreeing to pay for repairs?
As you no longer own it, nor insure it, the insurance company is not going to pay. If no work has been done, the most the shop might charge would be for storage from the time you dropped it off until the dealership bought it, or for parts ordered. That might sound unfair, but sales, service, and body shops at dealerships operate as separate profit centers with separate accounting.
If the body shop bills you for something, I would escalate the question to dealership management.
