No- your insurance company owes what it would cost to repair the trailer- if they were to total it, it would belong to them (obviously not possible now).
I've fixed a lot of blowout damage, and I've never come close to $ 2k, even when the blowout took out the LP system.
As far as what you owe the dealer- that is spelled out in the sales contract you signed. No opinions needed.
