I told the sales manager it's not going to happen and mentioned I'd be running things past a lawyer friend of mine. He got real quiet real fast. Worst case scenario I give them their 2500 back, take back trailer and title and turn them over to the insurance company and get reimbursed for the 2500 that was deducted from the original proceeds. I ran that scenario past my claims guy and he said with some approval from upstairs they could re-open the claim and probably make that happen. Just going to sit and see what they do next.
