Traffic app.
Which Apple App do you find the best for telling about traffic ahead of you when traveling.

I know this is not a Apple app, but I use my Garmin GPS with traffic conditions, and it seems pretty accurate on the freeways. However it will try to route you onto crowded side streets, with no regard to how many traffic signals are on those streets.
At least I am warned about a traffic accident on the freeways! and typically can re-route myself around the problem.
