Even when adjusted correctly the new trailers i've towed that where delivered on a trailer (not towed to the dealer by a transporter...non-rv trailers) needed some time for the pads to settle in. I usually find my self turning down the power over time to keep the tires from locking up...eventually they should normalize. If not, i'd give northwood a ring.
