I'm thinking you need a bigger truck. But since you have what you do then there's some things you can do to eliminate any concerns.
1st you need to setup the front of the truck per Rams specs. If you can't find the specs for towing in the manual then a good way to do it is to return the front fender height to it's original height.
Measure the distance from the front fender well or bumper to the ground unloaded. Then hitch up and set the spring bars so you are the same or really close to that unloaded front measurement. This will ensure you have proper weight transfer.
Make sure all tires including the TTs are aired to the max.
Now head to some Cat scales or the like and weigh the truck and TT. You need several passes or if you can unhitch the TT and weigh the tongue and axles separate, along with the trucks rear axle unloaded.
Now you'll know if you have enough truck.
You can also check your tongue weight using the bathroom scale method. As long as you're not parked on a bad slope but are sitting on fairly level ground.
