Not necessarily, I've watched enough dash cam footage to know there's about a 75% chance that the chain of events probably started with a distracted or overly aggressive 4 wheel driver. I've always been irked by agressive drivers but after driving a class C and now a trailer my patience for their BS is non-existent because I know first hand how dangerous and infuriating their actions are to the folks driving the big rigs. Then again I've always had a thing for truckers, had a CB at 10 and used to stay up talking and listening =)
